Shipping and Returns
In regards to items we must deliver, we aim to deliver within 3 working days, however some items may be out of stock or despatched directly from the manufacturer and this can take a little bit longer
If there are any delays we will contact you directly by either phone or email.
1. If you wish to cancel your order:
you can notify us by email to email@example.com before we have dispatched the goods to you;
b. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
2. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
3. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required, minus any shipping costs.
4. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
in the event that the product has been used.
in the event that the product or it's packaging have been opened.
the item is not resellable as new.
to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you.
The provisions of this clause 4 do not affect your statutory rights.
If we are collecting a Laptop for repair, we highly reccomend the use of Korrvu® Retention/Suspension Boxes.
These can be purchased from http://www.harrisonspackaging.co.uk/ and provide protection for Laptops up-to 17".
